It’s a spectacular home in the nicest subdivision in the area on a very private 5 acre lot. The master bedroom includes a balcony overlooking the living room, vaulted ceilings, bathroom with two sinks, and large tub/shower with dual showerheads. There’s a second master suite with attached bathroom plus another bath and bedroom and a game room with pool table in the lower level (making 6 sleeping rooms, when the office futon is used, plus 5 baths). Everything is included, cable with HBO, TV in every bedroom, DVD/CD player, 42" HDTV, high-end surround sound system, two computers w/printer and internet, spectacular 5 foot tall all glass free-standing fireplace, very private deck, 3 car attached garage. Summer activities such as rafting, hot springs (fun in Winter too!) and horse riding are 15-45 minutes to the South. Hiking and biking is everywhere, including the 160 acre common area that’s part of the subdivision (you can fish in the Arkansas river that flows through the subdivision common area). Skiing in the Rocky Mountains: 8 ski areas are within one hour drive. Ski Cooper (10 minutes). Copper Mountain (20-25 minutes). Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, and Loveland (40-50 minutes). Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Monarch (1.5 hours). In Summer Aspen is a one hour drive. Hiking and Biking: It's all around. The Mineral Belt Trail circles Leadville. 20 km beautiful ride! 5 bikes are in the garage and ready to ride. A wonderful day trip is the Sand Dune National Park (2.5 hours) south. Hot Springs: Mount Princeton and Cotton Wood Hot Springs are relaxing in any weather. Glenwood Springs is 1 hour 20 minutes through the magnificent Glenwood Canyon.

$250 security/resevation deposit is required for groups up to 8. For groups of 9 or more $500. 50% payment is due 45 days before arrival, remaining 50% is due 10 days before arrival. Security deposit is promptly refund upon a satisfactory check-out. Contact us about our rates for smaller or larger groups. If you leave the home reasonably clean, finally clean-up costs are included. Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance receive a full refund of the reservation/security deposit less a $100 service fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days (180 days for holiday weeks) are only refunded if we re-reserve the home, less the $100 service fee.
