A local bar and a convenient store are within walking distance, about 1.5 km. Within a short driving distance (less than 10 km) from the house are many small, medieval villages and towns, like Urbisaglia, Colmurano, San Ginesio and Tolentino. The house is located on the sunny side of a ridge, in a beautiful rural area between the Adriatic Sea and the Monti Sibillini mountain range. The place is particularly quiet and peaceful, a place for relaxation while also a fine departure point for exploring the riches of the Marche region. The house has been recently renovated, to a good and comfortable standard, while also respecting its charm as a simple countryside house. The interiors comprise two large bedrooms with double beds, and one extra bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Outside: barbecue, child's swing, garage, garden, 6 garden chairs, 2 beach chairs. Special feature of the dining room is a nice fireplace, the living room has a piano. Outside, a 7000 litre filtered above ground pool (the collapsible type) is available.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Prices include: electricity, water, gas and heating supply. Final cleaning is an additional service at 50 euros. Intermediary cleaning services may be available upon request. Reservation/Cancellations: A payment of 50% of the total rent is due within three weeks after reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than three weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Nothing will be refunded for cancellations later than one month preceding the start of the rental period, for earlier cancellations 80% will be refunded.
