The Villa in Clermont is just 8 miles from Disney, and has lots of upgrades. Furnished to executive level, the spacious air conditioned accommodation is tiled and carpeted throughout. There are 2 master bedrooms both ensuite, having TV/videos and lots of cupboard space. For your ultimate relaxation after a long day at the parks, there is an extra large heated pool 30ft X 15ft complete with integral spa/jacuzzi. A gas BBQ, luxurious sun loungers, large table and 8 chairs complete the outdoor living area. Communal kiddies playgrounds, tennis courts, basket ball court and a soccer pitch are available for guests to use. Great golf is just a short drive away.
The Villa in Clermont has a fully fitted and equipped Kitchen complete with breakfasting nook. The kitchen has top of the range appliances. A beautiful glass and wrought iron dining room suite adorns the dining area. The Greatroom has a 3 seater pull out sofa bed, 2 seater settee and armchair, 27inch TV, Video, DVD player and music centre. The entire main living area & all the wet areas have upgraded floor tiles. All the bedrooms are carpeted. The main master has a king size bed, TV/Video and fantastic ensuite comprising huge roman tub, extra large walk in shower, his and hers sinks. Beyond this area is a large walk in wardrobe. The 2nd master has a queen size 5ft bed, TV/Video and its own ensuite with bath/shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, TV/Videos and share a 3rd bathroom.

Our villa in Clermont is situated 2 1/2 miles north of Highway 192 on highway 27 just 8 miles from Disney World. It is within the residential area of Orange Tree. The villa is approximately 12 miles away from the town of Clermont and on the edge of Kissimmee.

There are some great golf courses within a short drive of the villa. 24 hour supermarkets (Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart), plus a Post Office, Wendy's and Pizza place are just a couple of miles away along with lots of restaurants and shopping outlets on the 192. We have a local management company who are available for you 24hrs/7days per week.
Attractions near Clermont: The Disney parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Disney Water Parks are only 8 miles away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet'n'wild, Sea World, Belz factory outlet and other shopping malls can all be reached in less than 30mins. The Kennedy Space centre and Beaches on the east coast are approximately 1 hours drive east and Busch Gardens and the gulf coast beaches are within a 90 min drive west. The 192, having restaurants to suit every taste and wonderful shopping is just 2 1/2 miles from our villa. Within a short drive you will find golf courses too numerous to mention which include Champions Gate golf resort, the Legends, Falcons Fire, Southern dunes, Diamondback golf club, Highlands Reserve golf club and Ridgewood Lakes golf and country club.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Clermont, Orlando - Disney Area
A deposit of £100 per week will secure the booking for you ( this is non-refundable). A breakages/security deposit of £150 is required with final payment and will be refunded approx 2 weeks after the end of your holiday subject to clearance inspection. Full payment is required 8 weeks before commencement of the Holiday.
Gas pool heating is an extra charge of £90 per week and is recommended between Oct and April. Partial weeks and additional days will be charged at a pro-rata rate.
A gas BBQ is provided for your alfresco evenings. The extra large pool 30ftX15ft and jacuzzi can be heated for an extra charge.
