This new townhome condo has been beautifully decorated and is ready for your enjoyment. The families that have rented this year all expressed their delight in the amenities that the townhome and PGA village offer.
My husband and I have been landlords for 20 years. We have learned that when we offer our tenants luxury accommodations, and go the extra distance in providing amenities that make a stay more enjoyable, we are rewarded with tenants who take care of our properties.
This new purchase in PGA Village was spared no expense to make it extremely desirable.
In our vacation condo in Port St Lucie we upgraded the kitchen cabinets and installed granite counters. Furnishings and decorations were purchased with care, to ensure an atmosphere that was inviting to our guests. Ceiling fans were installed in the bedrooms and dining room. Each bedroom has a TV, in addition to the living room and kitchen. There is a DVD/VCR in the living room and a DVD for the kids in one of the bedrooms.
Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful heated pool, just around the corner from our condo in Port St Lucie!
