Our Beachfront Condo is the upper-corner unit of a new, six-unit building named Island Sands. From inside, and especially on the balcony, the clear views of the gulf & beach are absolutely awesome! Enjoy a wonderful setting for seeing people, wildlife, and magnificent sunsets! This spacious unit is very upscale, and beautifully furnished & decorated. Large kitchen is fully-stocked with seating along the big counter, plus a small dining area. Master BR has a king bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, phone, DVD, and 20" cable TV. Guest BR has a queen bed, and both BRs have a ceiling fan. Living Room has ceiling fan, and leather sofas (one is a pull-out sofa bed). Entertainment Center has 27" cable TV, CD/DVD player, and stereo receiver with four speakers. Covered Balcony has round table with two high-stools, and two reclining chairs with footstools & end table. Pool is heated for cooler months, and two assigned parking spots are under bldg.

Monthly rates: Sep. 10, 2005 - Dec. 16, 2005: $2,995 per property per month. Dec. 17, 2005 - Feb. 10, 2006: $4,500 per property per month. Feb. 11, 2006 - Apr. 21, 2006: $4,995 per property per month. Apr. 22, 2006 - Sep. 15, 2006: $3,995 per property per month.
Rates are based on four guests. Additional guests are $63 per person per week; children four yrs and younger are free. A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to book. The balance, paid in-full, is required 30 days prior to your rental date. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Allows you to cancel (through your rental dates) a paid reservation for a refund - certain terms & conditions apply. The cost is 7% of your total rental charge, and must be applied for on the day that you book.
11% tax on rates & fee + $100 departure/cleaning fee. 10% surcharge added on holiday weeks: 1/1, Easter, 7/4, 12/25.
