Lovely villa in Salobrena with pool and stunning views - Villa Maria Jesus is a modern detached villa situated on the prestigious Monte De Los Almendros with fantastic sea views overlooking the pretty seaside town of Salobrena. It has 4 bedrooms - sleeping 6 adults, a pool and all the modern amenities. Also included in the rental is a fully equipped separate private annex which sleeps a further 2. The villa in Salobrena is set on one level and is modern, light and airy.
Accommodation: Double bedroom with balcony, stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom; Bedroom 2: larger double with balcony and fantastic sea views; Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with 1 single bed. 2 Bathrooms: both with shower and bath. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Utility room with washing machine and laundry facilities. Living room with 3 sofas; satellite TV (many UK Channels), DVD/CD player and dining table for 6-8; Living room also has its own balcony and terrace, each with wonderful sea views. There is a swimming pool 9 metres by 3 metres, BBQ, sun loungers and chairs on pool terrace; separate shaded terrace area with table and chairs which provides shade throughout the day. Large terraced garden to the rear with exotic plants and fruits.
Annex: Fully equipped with double bedroom, bathroom/shower, separate loo, kitchen/living area with Satellite TV (many UK Channels) and DVD/CD player. Accessed separately via the pool terrace.
This villa is very peaceful and has beautiful views of the Mediterranean Coast.

Our holiday villa is in a very tranquil location, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near tennis and other amenities and a short drive down “the Monte” to the historic and seaside town of Salobrena. The City of Granada (and airport) is only 45 minutes drive.
