The apartment is one of a block of nine apartments of similar specifications. All nine apartments are owned by British residents. Large continuous front and side balcony with direct access from the living area and both bedrooms. BBQ and patio furniture supplied. Shared swimming pool on the lower level with extensive patio and sun bathing area, showers, toilets and uninterrupted sea views. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - double bed, doors to balcony with sea views. Bedroom 2 - twin beds, doors to side balcony. Bathrooms: En-suite shower rooms to both bedrooms. Separate shower room off communal living area. Kitchen: itchen area - oven with extraction, hob, fridge/freezer. Living Rooms:Large living, dining, kitchen area. Lounge furniture plus double sofa bed. Dining table and six chairs. The living area and both bedrooms have a dual air conditioning/heating facility.
Cleaning and linen change twice a week. Changeover day
Preferred changeover days are Monday and Saturday but this can be flexible if agreeable to both parties.

Holiday in Kalkan, Antalya: Kalkan itself has a small man made pebble beach next to the harbour. Around the bay you can find several beach clubs offering food, drinks, sun loungers, swimming and diving facilities etc. One of these, Club Patara, is close to the apartment and has excellent facilities which are available to day guests.
Kaputas beach (about 4 km) is very pituresque but has no facilities whilst the magnificent 17km long Patara beach is easily reached by a 20 minute dolmus ride from Kalkan. Kalkan has over a hundred restaurants with choice and prices to cater for all tastes. Small supermarkets, butchers, bakers etc can be found in the village, where there is also a bank, a post office and numerous fascinating small shops selling clothes, jewellery, 'knick-knacks' etc.
Distances: The nearest major towns to Kalkan are Kas (30km) and Fethiye (84km).
The historic sites of Xanthos, Letoon, Myra, Patara and Tlos are all within easy reach as are Kayakoy (the 'dead' city), Olu Deniz, Kekova (the 'sunken city') and the impressive Saklikent Gorge.
Two day trips to Ephesus and Pamukale leave regularly from Kalkan.
