Holiday in Lagos, Algarve: The Boavista golf course is right behind the farm and Praia de Porto de Mós can be reached on foot - a 25 min. walk along the cliff pathway - or by car in 10 minutes, Praia da Luz and Meia Praia are 15 minutes motoring away. The city of Lagos, 2.5Km away, is rich in history and tradition, offering a wide choice of cultural events,shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and good night life, mostly within the old city walls or around the award winning marina area.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

Prices shown are for the use of 4 bedrooms and up to 8 people occupancy. For extra adult or child over 12 years increase 10%, child 5 to 12 years 5%, no charge for baby, cot provided free if booked in advance. For the use of only 3 bedrooms and up to 6 people, 20% reduction. A non-refundable 15% deposit is required to confirm booking, the remainder plus 100 GBP security deposit against damages are due 3 weeks before arrival.
Full refund of security deposit upon checking villa after departure.

Changeover day is Saturday, other days possible by arrangement. 2 hour daily maid service for cleaning is included except on Sunday!!!! Bedclothes are changed weekly, towels twice weekly. Babysitting possible, 7 euros/hour.
