The accommodation is within a gated community and it consequently safe for children. The apartment blocks are relatively new. A large communal pool is fenced and gated for use only by residents. The pool area is complemented by barbecue facilities, tables and seating as well as the normal abundance of showers and toilet facilities.
Bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 are both fitted with twin beds. Bedroom 1 has large chest of draws and cupboard space. Sliding door to terrace. Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes chest of draws and bedside cabinets.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, toilet and bidet. A washing machine is housed under the bathroom counter.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a fridge freezer, full size oven with ceramic hob. A kettle is supplied along with a toaster, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
Living rooms: The lounge diner comprises of a dining table and 6 chairs. 1 x 2 seater sofa, 3 seater (double) sofabed, coffee table, small tv on stand and door to terrace.
Maid Service: Towels and bed linen are all included. The apartment receives a complete clean after each rental. Long term rental cleaning are by arrangement.
The apartment blocks have both stairs and lifts, making wheelchair access easy.

Holiday in Benalmadena, Costa del Sol: The beach along the Benalmadena coast is very sandy and is kept clean by the local authority. From the apartment to the beach is a short 5 minute down hill walk, therefore UPHILL return. The beach itself is uninterrupted to Benalmadena Marina and can reach upto 50 - 60 metres in width from promenade to waters edge. Torrequebrada golf course is literally next door, although the entrance is a 5 minute drive. Within a 40 minute drive there is another 10 - 15 courses. The Costa Del Sol is The Costa Del Golf.
Distances: Torrequebrada is a sub district of Benalmadena. The coastal shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive with the town centre (Arroya De La Miel) and Marina with their shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes further. Fuengirola lies to the west of Torrequebrada and is 10 - 15 minute drive. Gibraltar can be reached in approx. 1 hour.
Further details: For banking and supermarkets, Arroya De La Miel is conveniently close by. Both Benalmadena and Fuengirola have an abundance of shops and restaurants.

A £100 non returnable security deposit will secure the apartment with final payment due 6 weeks before occupancy. This will be returned within 14 days of vacation ending subject to an inventory check.
Long Term Winter Lets are Priced at 1 month: £675/month, 2 months: £650/month, 3 months: £630/month.
Security Deposit £250.
Changeover day: Normally Saturday, but could vary in the off peak season. Entrance to the apartment is usually from 16:00 with the vacting by 11:00 on day of departure. Golf breaks are normall Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday or of course the whole week.
