It has impressive palatial front gates, a long wide drive, with an orange grove, and many other fruit trees. There is no childrens safety barrier round the pool. The villa is in a flat area. There are 3 steps up to the villa from the car park area. Wheelchair ramps can be provided. There is a second Spanish style kitchen in the dining room area with a indoor BBQ. There is also an outside BBQ . Alicante airport is only 25 kms and Murcia airport is 68 kms with very good fast motorway connections. There are many fine sandy beaches just 25 minute drive: Santa pola, Guadamar, Torrevieja... Sitting in the verandah, looking at the pool, you will think you have arrived in paradise. Notes: As you enter our villa near Elche, Alicante there is a wide gate which can be operated by remote control or manually. The driveway is long and spacious with enough parking for 20 cars There is a covered parking bay. There is a very large games room next to the parking bay which houses the table tennis. On either side of the driveway there are 2 plots suitable for childrens playing area. Behind the villa there is a double swing and sand pit. The car park has lines drawn for playing almost full length tennis and volley ball.

Holiday in Elche, Alicante - Costa Blanca: The villa casa de paz in Matola, Algoda is 2 km off the main road between Crevilente and Elche the cv 85. The motorway going south to torrevieca and north to Alicante is just 5 minutes travelling on the road marked cv85. The mountains around Crevilente are just 15 minute drive and the beaches in Santa pola are 25 minute drive. Gardens and swimming pool: The plot is over 6000 sq m. The orange grove has 67 orange trees. Guests are welcome to use the oranges, which are in season from November to April. There is a superjuicer in the kitchen. Other fruit trees include 10 olive trees, 2 pomegranite, figs, dates, almonds and lemons. The swimming pool is maintained to a high standard and measures 12m x 6m. There is no childrens safety barrier and guests must ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times. Golf Information: There are about 5 golf courses within 20-30 minute drive from the villa.
