Holiday Apartment in Rome Province, Lazio: Holiday apartment in Trevignano, Lake Bracciano, Rome, Lazio - "Gli Undici Scalini" a comfortable, quiet, well organized and ideally connected apartment. It is perfect for 3 people and suitable for 5 people. Gli Undici Scalini" or "The Eleven Steps" is just beyond the arc that connects, through a tight narrow, the town square with the "old centro storico". The pavement of the street is made using square grey lavic stones, the same type used to pave St. Peter's Square in Rome (named "sampietrini"). Two bikes available for all our guests! We are most attentive to the maintenance of the underlining "atmosphere" of the house. You can feel the age of walls, the coziness of a nest, the life in an old narrow, but also the comfort of a well-organized house. The entrance, dining space and kitchen are at the ground floor; the reading room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are at the next level connected by broad, old steps in "cotto" and "travertino":our ELEVEN STEPS! The fully equipped kitchen provides the convenience of what you need to satisfy short or long stays: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave. The roomy bathroom is designed to provide the choice of a tub or shower as well as the basic needs of toilet, bidet and sink. The other bathroom provides a second toilet and sink, and a clothes washer. A safe box, the emergency light, fire estinguisher and basic first aid kit, are what we provide for your peace of mind. Holiday in Trevignano Romano, Lazio: Trevignano Romano is a typical, small, old Italian town on the surprising Lake of Bracciano. Its position at the center of the Lazio region permits you to reach many historical and interesting places without great difficulty. It takes about 45 minutes of driving to arrive to Viterbo, as well to Etruscan necropolis (Cerveteri, Tarquinia, Sutri), the Mediterranean Sea (Santa Severa with its' Castle) or -why not?- to another enchanted lake of the region (Martignano, Vico, Bolsena). Do you want to visit Perugia, Assisi, Deruta or some other medieval town in the sweet and green Umbria? You can do it in almost one hour and a half... Rome, finally, is a very particular city... especially for its traffic! We recommend that you don't use the car to visit it. Actually, there is no reason: the railway station is so close! From Bracciano or Anguillara, you can go to Rome, visit the city using all public transportation and return spending only 6 euros for a ticket valid all the day!!!

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday Apartment in Rome Province, Lazio
Our rates vary depending on the period of the year as listed below. Reservations are accepted upon receipt of 30% of the total amount. The total amount must be paid in full and cash upon the arrival. No refund for cancellations within 28 days before arrival. The guest are required to give a € 150 deposit for possible damages which is returned within a week of the departure after inspection of the premises. A fee of €35 is charged for cleaning services engaged after your departure. Rates cover a weekly period and for four people. For five people, including children of every age, add an extra charge of 10%. Arrival after 3 p.m. Departure before 11 a.m.. Rates include the standard amenities (fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linens, blankets, tableclothes), utilities (electricity, gas, water). Child's high chair available. Also included in these rates is the added value of safety features for your peace of mind (a safe box, an emergency light and fire extinguisher). Items for personal use or foods are not included. Our wish is that you enjoy your vacation fully. Therefore, we extend to you other services that provide the additional comfort you may seek. Some of the extra services include: Italian cuisine cooked and served in the house, transportation from and to the airport, arrangements made, or information provided, for certified tourist guides, special tours, car with driver and sports rentals. At your arrival we pick you up at the Anguillara Railway Station and bring back at the departure with NO charge. Languages spoken: English, Italian (and a little French)
