The holiday apartment has just been decorated throughout, with polished floor boards, new kitchen, new lighting, carpeting and drapes. It is fully furnished. This is a security building with security under cover parking and lift access in the building.
Contains 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other with a queen sized bed, additonal cot, and sofabed. Dining seating for 6, lounge seating for 6, sleeps max. of 6 people. One bathroom, one shower room. Fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space to close the slliding doors on the separate dining room, move the dining table into the living room and fold down the sofa beds to make a 3rd bedroom which will sleep another 2 people.

Apartment on the surf beach: Why not walk on the beach, then take a ferry to work over our famous harbour, or maybe join the surf shool, or the scuba diving school. You will be able to do your own thing in the surf, fish off the beach at sunset, or work out on the beach volley ball courts.
Don’t forget here is a larger than olympic sized still water, ocean rock pool about 150 m from the apartment. You could have a swim there any time of the day or even after your ferry brings you home from work at the end of the day
Activities in the Sydney, Manly area: There is a board walk and park running right along the beach, for about 3 km. This is a favourite place to walk/run beside the waves, to cycle or to roller skate, or to walk the baby in a stroller. Manly is very sporty and has tennis courts, an oval, sailing, and wind surfing. There are at least 2 golf courses nearby. Manly has a pier, an aquarium and a water theme park for those rare cloudy days. All this is easy to walk to. The surf beach and the still water beach are in use all year round and this is all right outside your front door.
This part of Manly is on the narrow neck of land between the surf beach and the harbour, so although it is situated directly on the surf beach, it is also really close to the sheltered harbour beach near the yacht club. Manly is the first of a whole string of beaches which runs for about 20 km north of the city of Sydney. This unit is just a 2 min walk to the very large and very lively cafe/entertainment strip and the wide variety of shops, clubs and pubs at Manly Corso. The apartment is overlooking a quiet part of the beach, so you will be able to get some sleep after a good night out.
