At the time of booking a one night deposit is required. Your credit card will be charged with this single night. 30 days before your arrival the entire reservation will be processed. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date, only the single night is forfeit. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the entire reservation is forfeit. Soiled and wet towels will be replaced daily. All linens will be changed every four days.
