How wonderful that you find our lovely and quiet house. Only 2 km from the nearest beach and only 15 miles from Faro airport. The house is located in a rural setting, completely fenced in, with a remote controlled entrance to help you feel safe and at home. The villa have 5 lovely small airconditioned bedrooms but there is also the possibility to rent the house as a 3 bedroom villa. The 2 separate kitchens are very nice, designed in a portuguese style - especially the kitchen with the bread oven. From both kitchens you can access the big terrace with the 10x5m kidney shaped pool with slide. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with orange tree plantage and big palm trees. For the young ones there is a lovely playground with slides and swings and lots of different toys. You can spend the evenings outside, sitting near the pool with a bottle of portuguese bubbly or relaxing in the living room watching a video and having a drink out of the small bar.

Fuseta has some very good restaurants and also the village of Moncarapacho has very good meals at a reasonable price. The supermarkets are Northern Europe standard and in both villages are post offices and banks.

Notes: Living Rooms: Small but cosy living room with big leather sofas, t.v. video and stereo and a small corner bar. There is also a dining room. The owner of the house lives in a separate part of the house and here policy is "Privacy ". Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: cleaning is twice a week also twice change of towels, (beachtowels not included) and ones a week new bed linen.

Children friendly property: The house is partly surrounded by a lawn with several statues and big palm trees. The other part is surrounded by an orange tree plantage. At the back of the swimming pool is a large covered area where the barbeque is and where you can sit in the shade. On the terrace are a couple of sitting areas.
Holiday in Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve: Beaches: There nearest beach at Fuseta (2km) a lovely fishing village where you still see the old boats preparing their nets to go for their daily catch. From this little village you take the ferry which take you in 5 min.to the beautiful white beaches of the East Algarve. A little further up is Pedras del Rei (5km) where you can take a small diesel train to the beach but of course you can also walk (10 Min.)through the natural park where you maybe see a cameleon. Golf: Nearest to us, at 3km distance, there are 2 golf hotels where they have nice 18 hole courses. 20 min drive takes you to the biggest golf course in the east Algarve - Benamore in Cabanas. A little further on is a beautiful golf course, laying next to the ocean and near the Spanish border, a huge 18 hole course. And of course is there Isla Canela in Spain where you can play on a lovely golfcourse and eat some tapas after the game. On the other side of Faro are more well known resorts as: Vilamoura, Quinta de Lago...
Travel: The nearest airport is Faro, 26 km distance. Seville is also a possibility. The border from Spain is only 45km away and Sevilla is nearly 200km in total.
The distance to the beach is only 2km but we do recommend a hire car - we can help you book this.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Olhao, Algarve
Christmas and Easter price: 1435 EUR. Rental rates are for the entire property. The changeover day is flexible. You can enter your villa after 14:00 hours, and you should depart before 10 o'clock.
Casa "Anesio" is available the whole year. A deposit of 50% is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date. In the summer the air conditioning is not included, for a small extra money you can have the possibility to refresh your bedroom.
