It is located in the preserved, exclusive village of Praia do Forte. 3 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the Tamar Project (famous sea turtles preservation project) and 5 minutes away from the fishermen's village where all restaurants and shops are. The large house is on a 1'000 sqm land plot (fenced), inside a secure area (24 hours/day guard). It has a large garden and a new swimming pool. It counts 3 bedrooms (bathroom each, air conditioning and all national & international TV channels), plus a romantic mezzanino under the roof and a large dining area (with bar, TV room, Winter garden). The villa in Praia do Forte is permanently manned with 2 employees (one for cooking, one for gardening and taking care of pool) who have their separate quarter in the villa.

Holiday in Praia do Forte, Brazil: Praia do Forte is one of Brazil's top five exclusive beach resorts. Maintained following strong 'Sustainable Development Principles', it is famous for its Sea Turtles project. Dolphins, even whales are back and visible at large. It has a very low criminality index: a police station stands on the only road to the entrance of the village, and villagers are very conscious of what tourism brings them. Our condominium is guarded 24hours/day. Other than beach and relaxation, Praia do Forte offers many cultural alternatives (trip to The Garcia D'Avila castle, the biggest in Brazil, to the Sapiranga National Park and, of course to Salvador, Brazil's historical and cultural capital (60' away). Bahia is a real tropical state (amazing fruits and cuisine) where Africa met Brazil. The sea water in Praia do Forte is between 22° and 25° in Winter (July/August) and up to 28° in Summer.

Rental rates include sheets, towels, electricity and water, as well as the salaries of our two full time employees. Employees work 8 hours/day and have 1 1/2 day off/week (as per the law). A different arrangement can be found with them on the spot (ie. asking them to work full time against a certain amount -suggested 20$ day/head).
Additional service: Upon request, our own taxi service (50US$/way) takes you from Salvador Intl airport to our home (50' away) and back.
