Single storey with open and airy rooms, a front and side verandah and all modern conveniences, Sundancer is fully air conditioned and lies within 20 feet of the Hope Town lagoon harbour and less than a minute from the main Atlantic beach. Three bedrooms, two queens with en-suite bathrooms and showers and a twin with separate bathroom and shower comprise the accommodation. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to A/C.

Sundancer lies adjacent to our other property, Valentines and when taken together the two properties can accommodate larger parties (up to 12) for weddings and family parties. When the two properties are taken together a cost discount of 15% is given.
Prices are dependent on number of guests. $1800 per week for two, $2000 for 4 and $2200 for 6 people. Payment by either US dollars pounds Sterling by cheque, CC or paypal.
Larger parties of 7 - 12 persons joint booking Valentines and Sundancer together receive a discount on pricing - $3000 week 7-8 persons, $3200 week 9-10 persons, $3400 week 11-12 persons.
Full Refund if cancelled, less $50 administration fee providing another client is found.
50% Deposit required, the remainder to be paid 90 days prior to arrival.
