This unspoilt village has an abundance of thatched cottages along with a local pub serving good home cooking and a small shop. Bovey Tracey, one of the main 'gateways' to the moor, is approx 3 miles, and has a good selection of shops and inns, and an excellent Craft Centre housed in an old mill.
