The clear water surrounding the island and the coral reefs make Phuket an excellent diving destination. It might be frightening at first, but there's even a chance you'll meet a whale-shark during one of your dives. In contradiction to the name, whale-sharks aren't as big as whales... Furthermore, all other, various types of water sports are available.

Vacation on Phuket: The island Phuket (with its similarly named city) in the south of Thailand has a rich culture, beautiful scenery and a friendly population. It's a magnificent diving destination with great reefs and an abundance of fish. Phuket is shaped like a rough pearl and therefore has the nickname 'Pearl of the south'. On the west coast of the Andaman Sea there are a dozen of beaches with fine, white sand, separated from each other by land tongues and hilly forests. The mainland in the neighborhood of the island is called 'Greater Phuket' and has lots of beautiful scenery, including the national park Khaolak. From Phuket it's a one-and-a-half hour drive. On the other side of the mainland, there a little place called Krabi (Two hour trip from Phuket) and a bit further on, there's the 'bounty island' Koh Lanta (four hour trip from Phuket).

Visit Kamala: The bungalow on Phuket is situated in the very peaceful environment of Kamala. 700 meters from the beach and within walking distance from FantaSea (best attraction in Thailand in 2003). The city of Kamala has a number of high quality western and local restaurants, fine bakeries and cosy coffee houses. Furthermore, there are a variety of services available from divingcenters to quality design tailorshops. The hilly surroundings make a great view. The lively centre of Patong is a 10 minutes drive with the car.

Deposits: 30% deposit - balance 8 weeks before occupancy.
Cancellations and Refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
Security deposit: A 300 Euro deposit is payable to the Villa manager on arrival to be held until departure, against breakages, damages and any bills for services.

Rates include airport transfers, daily maid service. Minimum stay is 5 nights and there are discounts for long term rentals and reduced occupancy on request. Rates are applicable for a maximum of six (6) persons and a baby.
