Excellent restaurants: There are excellent restaurants within walking distance, and all along the N340 towards San Pedro, while, Puerto Banus with its prestigious yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away - Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive
Holiday in Estepona: Dunas Green is situated 500 meters north of the N340 opposite the Las Dunas Beach Hotel and Spa and adjacent to the Golf Coto de la Serena course at the 163 kilometre mark on the N340. Easily accessible from the E15, either from junction 172 via San Pedro to the east or from junction 157 just six kilometres to the west. Being about halfway between Estepona and San Pedro provides a whole range of attractions all within a short drive. The beach is easily accessible via a pedestrian bridge over the N340 less than 10 minutes walk. There are restaurants within walking distance, however a car is recommended. There are a number of shops bars restaurants and attractions just a couple of minutes drive away .
Famous golf course: The famous Valderrama course is less than 30 minutes drive as are Sotogrande and San Roque.

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday Apartment in Estepona, Costa del Sol West
We will require a booking deposit of 20% with the balance payable, together with returnable breakages deposit of £50 no later than six weeks prior to departure. Any booking made within this time requires full settlement on booking. Your breakages deposit will be returned to you, less any breakages or losses immediately after your return from holiday. We have to make a charge of 25 euros if the safe key is lost.
In the event of cancellation within six weeks of the let we will endeavour to relet, but if we do not cancellation charges of the full amount of the booking will be made. If we do relet then the proceeds less an administration fee of £25 will be refunded to you.
Lifeguards are on duty at busy times.
