Pathways lead down to a private jetty, with steps to the sea water pool built out of the rocks. This particular part of the island’s undeveloped coastline is a fascinating area to discover with mask and snorkel. The hiring of a private boat with outboard engine is recommended for trips to nearby deserted beaches. The villa on Alonissos is spacious and opens out on to large verandas and terraces bordered by oleander ’olive and pine trees. Large kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 2 fridges, oven, electric kettle. Outside steps lead down to separate twin-bedded room and ensuite bathroom with shower. The sea water pool has lights fitted for night swimming. The villa on Alonissos is very private and stands just above the sea. The best of the villa is the great verandas with the sea so close at hand, and around pine trees. Next to kitchen there is a barbecue area furnished with outdoor table and chairs to lunch under a big pine tree or to dine under the stars at night. There is a BBQ gas and traditional oven. A hired boat can be moored off the private jetty.

For the period of 5 May - 15 June, 7 Sep - 30 Oct 2006 we can accept less than six (6) person so contact us for the price. Renting the villa for a week or more between 5th May till 15th June 2007 you get 15% off.i.e.renting 1May-7 May from 1600 to 1360 euro. Only valid on holidays booked by 15 March 2007 An advanced payment of 30% of the total rent is required for valid booking, the rest 70% along with the refundable guarantee 1500 euro must be paid within eight weeks prior the arrival date, and in any way 15 days prior to the first booking date. The booking is considered final, after the above payments. The advanced payment and the rent are not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant. In the opposite case the guarantee is refundable on the date of departure of the tenant. The owner of the villa has no legal or / and financial responsibility whatsoever for any accidents or / and misfortunes the tenants may suffer, during their staying at the villa.
