Change-over-days are Saturdays. Entry into the villa is 14h and exit at 10h – unless otherwise arranged with the owner. The maximum number of people is 6 + cot. IF THE DATES YOU REQUIRE AT NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS VILLA, PLEASE LOOK AT VILLA REF.3198 WHICH IS NEXT DOOR AND VERY SIMILAR. A maid comes for 2 hours 3 times a week. She will change the sheets once a week and the towels twice a week. Beach towels are not provided. The pool is cleaned regularly and has an automatic filter. There is a safe available. There are fans in each bedroom. Half the total rent is payable upon reservation. The balance is due in cash, on arrival. There is a returnable breakage deposit of €350 also payable in cash on arrival. WINTER LETS 1-2 weeks - €700 pw; 3 weeks €2000 total; 1 month €2500. Central Heating extra.
