Cozy villa in Sant Josep, Ibiza with pool and BBQ - Torre Xanchu is a cosy villa with private pool set in it’s own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustin just 5 mins walk from the small Village of San José.
On the ground flour there is an attractive lounge-dining room with French windows on to the pool terrace and CD/Radio, satellite-TV and, 2 bedrooms; 1 double (in the tower) and 1 twin, 1 complete bathroom, the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave etc. Upstairs is another twin bedroom with its own shower room and walk in wardrobe. The bedrooms and lounge area have air conditioning (at extra charge). There is a lovely small garden with terraces and BBQ.

Holiday in Sant Josep, Ibiza: It is only 15 to 20 mins from the Airport and Ibiza town.The nightlife of San Antonio is only 12 mins away by car. Some of the nicest coves and beaches on the Island are local to Sant Josep just 5 to 10 mins by car depending on which one you choose.
Car Hire: We strongly recommend car hire which we can arrange at very competitive prices. Your car will be waiting for you at the airport & you can leave it there on departure thus saving taxi fares to & from San Josep. We will send you precise directions to the Villa for the 15 to 20 minute drive.
Notes...: You will arrive to find the Villa clean & ready for you with towels for each guest. Please note, however, that the Villa does not provide large beach/pool towels and Villa towels should not be taken to the beach.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Ibiza, Balearic Islands
The cleaning 3 times weekly. Sheets are changed weekly, towels twice a week. A 600 euro deposit is payable on arrival which is refunded on departure less breakages if any and air conditioning.
Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and lounge for extra charge.
Change over days are Saturdays. Entry to the Villa is 14.00 hrs and exit on subsequent Saturday is no later than
10.00 hrs in order that the Maid can prepare the Villa for following guests.
