Holiday farmhouse in Sant Josep, Ibiza with pool & BBQ - Can Rafalet is an authentic old farmhouse set in its own grounds, on a hill with views to the bay of San Antonio in the north and the Atalaia range in the south.
This charming recently reformed old farmhouse has 3 double bedrooms, (1 with a bathroom en suite), 2 twin bedrooms, another complete bathroom and a separate toilet. The large lounge/dining-room has a fireplace, satelite TV and a CD player. The spacious kitchen has a large table, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven... etc. and a walk in larder. Next to the kitchen is an outside toilet/shower and the washing machine. The pool, the sun terraces and the BBQ are at the front of the farmhouse and have a wonderful view to the bay o f San Antonio.

Notes to the Rates of the Farmhouse in Ibiza, Balearic Islands
Change over days are Saturdays. Entry to the villa is 1400 hrs and exit on subsequent Saturday 10.00 hrs in order that the Maid can prepare the Villa for following guests.
You will arrive to find the farmhouse clean & ready for you with towels for each guest. Please note, however, that the farmhouse does not provide large beach/pool towels and farmhouse towels should not be taken to the beach.
The cleaning lady comes 3 times weekly. Sheets are changed weekly, towels twice a week. A 700 euro deposit is payable on arrival which is refunded on departure less breakage if any.
