Details on Villa Agios: Villa Agios consists of 2 separate units: Upper Villa (155sq.m) and Lower Villa (90sq.m). All units are carefully designed and decorated to provide comfort and style to your accommodation. The Upper Villa will satisfy even the most demanding guest with its unforgettable ocean views. Its amenities include: spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, 1 WC, 3 TVs, home theater, stereo system, DVD-CD, wifi, fireplace, and an outdoor veranda with bamboo furniture. The Lower Villa offers a more cozy environment in the gardens. Its amenities include: living-dinning room, kitchen, main bathroom, 2 double rooms and one en-suite bathroom, 3 TVs, home theater, DVD-CD, wifi, and an outdoor veranda.

Island & Mountain Hopping: Island hopping to some of the most dazzling Greek islands (Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos, Skiros) is an easy choice when living in Villa Agios. The main port of Agios Constantinos is 3-minutes away from the Villa, with daily itineraries to the 'Sporades' islands in less than 2 hours. The islands offer unique sandy beaches and a celebration of flavors and Greek aromas. During the months of December - March, our guests can experience the ultimate ski experience in the mountain of Parnassos (30' drive), the largest and best organized ski-center in the country. The mountain has an altitude of 1600-2200m, with 13 lifts and 18 ski runs, totaling 22km, and targets skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The resort has two chalets, restaurant, ski & snowboard schools, equipment rental stores as well as child-care service with a playground for the young visitors.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

All mentioned rates are valid for up to 10 persons. For each extra person, there is an extra cost of 350-700 Euro per week depending on the season. An advanced payment of 30% of the total rate is required to guarantee the booking via credit card or bank account. The remaining 70% together with a refundable guarantee (3000 Euro), must be paid in full within a month from the initial booking and not later than 15 days before arrival. The refundable guarantee (3000 Euro) is mandatory for any possible damages concerning the building, furniture & equipment, linen, decorative items, outdoor equipment, etc, or excess use of telephone or electricity. In case of no damages or excess use of phone and electricity, the guarantee is refunded back to the guest on the day of departure.

Cleaning: The Villa offers complimentary maid service, housekeeping and gardening/pool cleaning 3 times per week. Upon request, we can arrange additional services such as cooking, baby-seating and chauffeur driving. The outdoor area of the Villa (gardens) has some friendly cats, that are all vaccinated and taken care of when the owners are there. The cats can easily adjust to the level of intimacy our guests will allow them.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation from the time of booking will be debited a no show fee equivalent to the advance payment (30%). Cancellations that take place 3 weeks before arrival and following that date will be debited a total no show fee equivalent to the full rate of the booking. The owner of the villa has no legal and/or financial responsibility whatsoever, for any accidents the tenants may have during their stay at Villa Agios.
