The villa in Fthiotis is located litterally on the beach, 2 km after Aghios Constantinos (near Lamia), a mild climate gulf of central Greece, facing Evia Island and 5 km before Kammena Vourla, renown spa resort, just 75' minutes from Athens.

Aghios Constantinos - Delphi - Sporades Islands: Aghios Constantinos offers a big variety of mountain and sea excursions, as well as visits to famous archaeological sites, like Delphi and Thermopylae. All green, with crystal clear blue sea waters islands of the Northern Aegean Sea 'Sporades' (Alonisos, Skiathos, Skopelos) can be reached by regular daily itineraries (flying dolphins and ferries) from Aghios Constantinos, one mile away from the villa.

Kammena Vourla - Night life - Ecological products: Kammena Vourla, a small town on the sea, 5 km and 5' minutes away from the villa, offers a complete market, and a big variety of fresh fish and local meat tavernas, exciting night life in excellent cafe-bars and night clubs and open air cinema. At a distance of 10-60 minutes there are colorful small villages, by the sea or on the mountain, some of them offering ecological products.

Two Spas: At Kammena Vourla, there is the first absolutely modern spa (Galini), with provenly sanative waters, and,in Edipsos, on Evia Island, lies one of the best in quality and beauty sanative Spa (Therme Shilla), half an hour by boat (from Arkitsa, 20' minutes from the villa), with traditional and classy flare. Also, Gallini spa offers to our guests discount up to 20% to their therapies.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

An advanced payment of 30% of the total rent is required, for valid booking. The rest 70% along with a refundable guarantee (€ 3.000) must be paid, within one month, after the initial booking and -in any way- 15 days prior to the first booking date. The booking is considered final, only after the above payments. The advanced payment and the rent are not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant.
The guarantee takes care of any damages done to the bulding, furniture, equipment, linen, decorative items etc., or excess telephone or power bills. In the opposite case, the guarantee is refundable on the date of deparure of the tenant.
