Location of the villa in Mazarron: Villa Maria is on the prestigious Mazarron Country Club on the wonderfully scenic Costa Calida and lies in the Murcia Region. It is easily accessed from Alicante and Murcia San Javier airports. The towns of Mazarron, Cartagena, Puerto Mazarron and Murcia are served by excellent roads. It takes only 10 minutes to get to some of them. There are plenty of beaches within a small radius. The climate is warm, healthy and dry for the greater part of the year (320 days).

Leisure Activities on Costa Calida: The swimming pool, tennis courts, courts for other games and a restaurant are about 50 metres from the house. There is easy and quick access to the nearby beaches and golf courses, as also to the towns. There is no swimming pool in our villa compound but there is use (on a small payment) of the complex's pool only about 50 metres away. The villa is adequately furnished. Bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a TV and a DVD player in the lounge. The compact kitchen has most of the cooking equipment a home would need. There is much to visit and see including hot springs!

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

20% Deposit secures Booking. Full payment 8 weeks before occupation. In case of late booking all monies to be paid and cleared before getting keys. A deposit of half a week's rent or £100 (whichever is lower) is to be paid against damages, etc. This will be returned soon after departure subject to the property being handed back as given. We want to return the whole of the deposit as we look forward to your recommendations for our place. A welcome pack will be available as a bonus. This is just to tide you over the first night for emergencies.
