On the date of arrival, a one time Cleaning Fee will be collected for the departure cleaning: 1 and 2 bedroom cleaning fee - $45. All local calls are included in the 4-5-6 month stays. Easter, Memorial Day & Labor Day require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Minimum stay 1 week on 4th of July. 9.5% tax per reservation. Age Requirement 25. During Spring Break, there must be 2 persons 25 years old. Cancellation Policy 21 Days prior to arrival. Monthly 90 day to avoid forfeiture of full deposit. Cancellation fee of $15 for a reservation cancelled before 21 day/90 day policy.
