The 60 sq m apartment is located in the cener of Madrid in Calle Mayor-one of Madrid's most desirable neighbourhoods, only a few meters from Puerta del Sol. The apartment is on the 6th floor of an 8 stock building. The house is equipped with elevator and we have doorman service.

The furnishing is very nice and brand new. The luminous sitting room offers you wonderful view over the heart of Madrid! The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, washing machine, coffe maker, microvawe, pots and dishes. We have a double bedroom and sofa bed for two in the sitting room.
The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people like couples or small families. Linen and towels are provided.

The Royal Palace, Museum of Madrid, the Opera and Almudela cathedral are in walking distance.
Transportation is well organised and the metro and bus stations are only a few meters away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
