Holiday House in Costa Verde, Northern Portugal: Holiday house with pool in Travassos, Braga - Casa de Alfena is a manorial house from the XVIII century linked to a group of rural buildings and old goldsmith’s workshops. The holiday house and the rural buildings have been adapted to receive guests and the workshops gave way to a gold museum. Classified for its historical, cultural, and architectonic relevance, the house has five rooms (three in the main building, and two in a converted granary), two living rooms, one games room, a rustic granite kitchen, and a large balcony supported by granite pillars. Normal occupation of rooms is restricted to two persons, with the possibility of accommodating children under the age of 12.

A minimum two-day stay is required, although exceptions can be discussed individually. Casa de Alfena safeguards its right to change this rule on major holidays or particular weekends. The price includes continental breakfast (with service: 8:00h - 10:30h; self-service: 10:30h - 12:00h). Arriving guests are welcome to their rooms after 15:00h, and are asked to vacate them before 12:00 on departure. Direct reservations are subject to a 50% advance payment confirmation. This payment can be made via postal order or bank transfer. Payment is due upon the reception of a Casa the Alfena invoice. Double room: 80€ - 90€ Single occupation: 70€ Children: 20€ (3-12 years) Up to 30 days before the reservation no payment is required. After that, a fee amounting to 50% of the reservation value is due. Cancellation on arrival is accepted upon payment in full of the agreed reservation.
