Community recreational area: Within a 3 minute walk is a large community pool, children´s pool, tennis court, table tennis and football pitch. Our guests have unlimited, free use of these facilities. This is a great way to keep your children entertained, especially in summer and over bank holidays, when there are many other children here.

Salobrena & the Costa Tropical: Villa Torre del Mar is located in the heart of the still largely undiscovered and unspoilt Costa Tropical. With easy access to the historic city of Granada and the breathtaking Alhambra Palace, the Alpujarras with its small villages that cling to the hillside where it seems as if time has stopped, and the Sierra Nevada mountains, this is a wonderful place to experience the authentic Spain. All sorts of outdoor activities are possible including golf, water sports, horseback riding, cycling, walking, and skiing. The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the great outdoors.

Local knowledge & support: My husband and I live nearby. We are property developers and we designed and built this villa ourselves with extreme care and attention to detail. It is of utmost importance to us that you have a wonderful holiday. In our comprehensive information guide, you will find inside tips on things to do, places to see and great local restaurants. We can arrange for maid service should that be desired. Our goal is that you enter as clients and leave as friends. The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

Saturday is our preferred changeover day. 30% deposit required upon booking. Payment possible by bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. There is a 2% supplement with credit card payments.
Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of 300 euros payable in cash upon arrival.

Winter discounts of up to 25% available for long term lets. Electricity charged at cost from November through end April.
