Or, the room can be used as a den for relaxing, watching TV or reading, etc. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, matching love seat, all rooms have direct access onto the lanai (balcony) which has new table and chairs for dining alfresco and watching Marco Island's breathtaking sunsets.
