About Sao Pedro de Moel: São Pedro de Moel is by far the best preserved "little village by the sea" of central Portugal and it makes a good base to explore the region.
A splendid beach procteted by the shell of houses. The small hotels and magnificent sea-water pool over the beach are the most important things for the tourists. You may practice here several sports such as surf, beach-volleyball and tennis. People do jogging and biking along the "Volta aos Cinco".
Fishing: Near the lighthouse you can fish, specially because in the northern part of the beach you find rocks with sea food that attract several species of fish that, together with sea food, are usually served in the restaurants of S.Pedro.
