Luxury 2 and 3 bedroom chalets on quiet site: This holiday home is clean and new. The site only has chalets and is not a camping or caravan site. It is a place to unwind and relax in the day or evening. It has full amenities on site but is surrounded by farmland and hedgerows. It is a fully registered Parc Loisirs Residentiel (Residential Leisure Site) with the manager and his wife on site to attend to guests. The plots are larger than average and there is secure space for children to play. You have the choice of a two bedroom or a three bedroom chalet.

Golf Nearby... New, Scenic and Off Peak Perks: Golf can be arranged at the newly built and extended Coastal Port Bourgenay course, just a 5 minute drive. This course is on the edge of the sea and bordering an enclosed forest. There is the "Formule Golf" Scheme in operation. One can apply for a golf season ticket, yearly pass, Formule Golf pass from 3 days upwards and 10 Green Fees packages. There is a professional on site to advise you. With these packages, you can either play at the nearby golf course and arrange lessons, or even travel to other golf courses in the region to add variety to your game. Discounts and special packages are offered off-season and for groups. There is also the "Golfy Card" membership scheme where you can have discount green fees, packages at other golf clubs in the area, particularly one near Les Sables d'Olonne. Breathtaking Nature, Activities and Explore West France: Just relax and enjoy walks along the coast, inland in rolling countryside. Lots of historic homes and castles to explore. Driving distance to the Poitou Charente and Loire valley and West Coast islands such as Ile de Re and Ile de Noirmoutier. Boat trips around the Bay of Biscay to Ile de Yeu. Plenty to do for sports enthusiasts and those wanting to exercise on holiday. New cycling lanes and walking trails have also been developed. Also in the region: Puy du Fuo, Apremont Castle Town, Sealand Aquarium. Museums, water parks, rowing on rivers, pony clubs and activities on lakes are arranged for families. Activity and waterparks also nearby. La Rochelle and Nantes about 1 to 1.5 hours drive.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

Rental is handled by Vert Ocean Management, deposit will be required and local taxes will be applied (note special very small regional tax in peak holiday season). Prices and reservation requirements are finalised by Vert Ocean. Final terms and conditions are organised by Vert Ocean (including requests for bedlinen etc, and cleaning requirements.

Included in Rental Price:
Gas, water and electricity costs included in chalet rental. Use of bbq, utensils, chalet equipment and TV. Use of swimming pool (outdoor in peak season), shower rooms, lockers (2 euro coin required, reimbursed when finished using locker), play area, walk around fishing lake (please check with management before fishing, and terms), parking. Appropriate clothing must be worn for swimming and use of tennis court.

Additional Costs: hire of tennis court, use of steam room, jacuzzi and sauna, refreshments from bar, laundry room: washing machine and dryer (tokens bought from management office/bar) use of public telephone box (card can be purchased from office), any excursions and special events as advertised. In peak season, management will host regular functions at the bar cafe, at very reasonable prices (eg. paella night, traditional singing). New, wide cycling routes added to area. Tour de France on route.
