Holiday House in Loire-Atlantique, Western Loire:

There is fishing on our part of the River Don or in the lakes nearby. Walking and cycling on the quite roads around us. Also the is a 9 hole golf course with driving range just outside the next village.
Nearby there is another lake that is use for swimming with a beach area and has boats for hire also a cafe.

Notes: In the house there are two smoke alarms.

Nearby Town and nearest village: The town of Chateaubriant is only about 18 km away, it has an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, cinema, chateau and a market which is held on a Wednesday morning. There are plenty of shops too. The nearest village to us is about 4 km. It has a bakers, supermarket, 3 bars, restaurant and a bank.

About the House itself: The kitchen is large and spacious fully equipped with all that you would need. (Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, fondue set, raclette machine, table+chairs) Double doors opening on to front and back gardens, ceiling fan. Front room is also large, equipped with Enlglish T.V. Video, DVD Radio CD player. (We have DVDs and videos for hire. Plenty of indoor games, table+chairs. Large french doors opening on to front garden, fireplace. Downstairs family bathroom with bath, seperate shower, sink WC. Utility room with sink and washing machine.
Upstairs - Bedroom 1: Large family bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 singles. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. Bedroom 4 single bed. Shower room: WC sink, bidet, shower.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

A deposit of 25% is required when booking this property. The balance is due 6 weeks before holiday starts. There is also a returnable security deposit required of 200 euros which is payable when paying for the balance of your holiday. Which will be returned within 1 week of your departure.

Out of the normal summer season, if heating is required then an extra charge of 80 euros will be asked for per week. If extra cleaning is required it can be arranged for an extra cost.Cot and highchair available if required. The first 100 kwh of electricty is included in the weeks rental, any thing over will be charged as to e.d.fs. tariff.
