Villa in Costa Verde, Northern Portugal: Villa in Esposende, Costa Verde Portugal 300 meters from the beach - Casa da Praia, the two storey villa is located in a quiet residential area of Esposende only 300 meters from the beach. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. It consists of - in ground floor: large living room with open fire place, settees and satellite TV, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), games room, one complete bathroom, guest WC and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and wash machine included). In 1st floor: 4 double bedrooms (one of them with two double beds), one complete bathroon and one shower room. Our villa in Esposende is surrounded by a 600 m² garden with BBQ, garage and parking places. One of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal´s northern coast.

Popular seaside resort: At the time of the Portuguese Maritime Discoveries, Esposende was an important fishing and sea port. These activities have continued into the present day, although it is also a very popular seaside resort. In the nearby village of Apúlia, besides fishing, one of the most typical activities is the gathering of seaweed at low tide. Beautiful coastine: The coastal strip of Coste Verde stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fão has been classified as a protected landscape area and is considered to be one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal´s northern coastline. Festival in August: Roughly 6 km to the north, São Bartolomeu do Mar is famous for its religious festival on 24th of August, which includes the "Banho Santo", a ritual of bathing in the sea that according to tradition cures illnesses and makes children strong and healthy.
