Holiday Apartment in Puerto Banus, Marbella Area:

Only a few steps away are the yachting marina, two superb beaches, shops, night-clubs, quaint restaurants and designer boutiques. Just a five minute walk away, one can find a communal pool with marvelous facilities such as a restaurant / bar, shop, showers, sun loungers etc.
The apartment is 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 6 kilometres from Marbella. It is 1.5 hours from the historic city of Granada. The costa de Sol is the most popular all year round tourist destination in Europe. It has miles of golden sandy beaches and is a golfers paradise. The nearest golf club is less than a mile away and all the famous golf courses are within easy reach. The average water temperature is 18c (and 24c in August). Sunbathing is possible in the winter months too.

Location of our apartment in Puerto Banus: There are numerous places of historical interest nearby. The Moorish City of Granada with its Alhambra Palaces and gardens, one of the most brilliant jewels of universal architecture is approximately 1.5 hours drive by car. Europe’s sunniest ski resort, the Sol Y Nieva in Sierra Nevada, host of the 1996 World Ski Championships is located 45 minutes drive from Granada city. The Costa del Sol is at the forefront of Europe for sailing with its excellent marinas and invaluable berthing capacities, these include marinas at Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Duguesa, etc.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

More than 8 weeks before arrival date, any deposit paid (less bank charges), will be refunded.
Within 6 – 5 weeks of arrival date: 20% of the balance of the rental is forfeited.
Within 5 – 4 weeks of arrival date: 40% of the balance of the rental is forfeited.
Within 4 – 3 weeks of arrival date: 60% of the balance of the rental is forfeited.
Within 3 – 2 weeks of arrival date: 90% of the balance of the rental is forfeited.
Within 2 weeks of arrival date: 100% of the balance of the rental is forfeited.

Booking deposite: 25% of full rental fee. Confirmation fee, i.e. balance payment two months prior to date of holiday. A security deposite of 20% to cover breakage's and damage is refundable.
