The lovely large town of Pamiers (15 minutes to the south) has its own cathedral and other historic buildings and many shops and places to eat. There is a flea market in the centre of town every Sunday morning.

Leisure Activities in Ariege, Midi Pyrenees: There are tennis courts and a public swimming pool in Mazeres, jet-skiing is 5 km away, riding stables 10 kms away and a lake, 15 kms away, where you can swim, canoe or windsurf. There is also a good golf course less than an hour away near Carcassonne. In winter, the nearest ski station in the Pyrenees is 1 hour away with good facilities and a wonderland of routes.

About Toulouse: Toulouse is the main city, 40 minutes away up the A66 highway. The Garonne River and Canal du Midi run through the city. It is known as the Rose city because of its many pink buildings and it is wonderful to sip a glass of wine and simply savour the street cafe experience in or near La Place du Capitole (the heart of Toulouse). An excellent choice of shops, bars, restaurants, and art galleries and concerts all year long, makes it a lively place.

In the middle of a beautiful parkland: The farmhouse is set in the middle of beautiful parkland with mature oak, cedar, acacia, plum and other fruit trees. The gîte has a private outside area, equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue. Guests may take advantage of the owners' private swimming pool 10m x 5m, equipped with chairs, sunbeds and soft cushions. There is table tennis and bicycles. Babysitting can be organized upon request.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

All prices are per week Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 4pm and departing at 11am.
Short stay and weekend stays are possible. Prices to be agreed upon.

Security deposit of €250 is required.

A deposit of 30% is requested on booking, with the remainder paid on arrival.
