Nestled between the Bastide towns of Eymet and Castillonnes, is the hilltop village of Lalandusse (with bar, shop and restaurant). To the north is the Fairy tale castle of Monbazillac overlooking Bergerac. Every day there is a market or village fate

Special offer: All properties have stunning views from the windows. There are two Barbeque areas, both overlooking the river and wooded islands. All direct access to the river water is fenced. The manor house has large stone Fireplaces, Oak beams and white stone walls. The dinning kitchen area is area is approx 60sq meters ie it can seat a large number of people.

Outside the property we have table and chaires for 36 people, All direct access to the river is fenced and the pool has an alarm system. Many of our guest are large family and friends celebrating special ocassions, we get a lot of rebookings.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

30% deposit is required when booking and balance paid 2 months prior to arrival. Prices are for parties of 16, additional guests pay 150 Euros per person per week. Long term rentals or special events can be negotiated.
