Holiday House with Pool in Juillac, Dordogne - In a tiny hamlet of 20 old & authentic french farms & cottages, this beautifully restored farmhouse is the most attractive & comfortable house in Juillac.
A real dream! It is located on the outskirts of Juillac in 5 acres of private land with breathtaking views over the wooded hills.
A fully restored 17th century farmhouse with lots of livingspace. The holiday house is very comfortable and luxuriously decorated in "cottage style".
La Maison Bleue is very suitable for 2 families. The swimming pool is fenced and therefore save with children.
Our holiday homes Le Marquis and La Grange are closeby but each house is completely independant and have private pools.

There is a large fully equipped dining kitchen (double sink, dishwasher, American frig/freezer, ceramic hob, etc) with a woodburner.
Off kitchen a storage room with oven, microwave, washingmachine and dryer. A wooden stairs leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms and spacious showerroom (WC, washbasin, shower). In one of the livingrooms a 2nd stair leads to the 3rd and 4th bedroom.
Veranda: A french door in the kitchen opens to a spacious terrace and covered veranda with garden furniture and teak diningtable that seats 8.
The garden: In the garden (1 ha) there is a beautiful located swimming pool (10x5m, saltbased) and sunterraces. Poolside sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrella are available.
Next to the house there is a shed for storing wood and garden furniture.
